I was hopeful this issue may be resolved in FT4 but it seems that is not the case, hopefully support can help because the last few forum posts regarding this issue seemed to die without any real resolution from support. ive also installed ft3 on multiple devices and the issue will appear and then suddenly the crosshair will work like normal.
